The endless purple potato stuffing/taro stuffing/taro stuffing can be frozen for 1-2 months, no problem,

White sugar40g
condensed milk20g

The easiest way to make purple potato filling  

  1. Purple potatoes are peeled and steamed. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag while it is hot and crush it (you can use a rolling pin)
  2. Use the water in the pot to melt the butter while it is still hot.
  3. After the purple sweet potato is rolled evenly and finely, pour it on the plate. Pour the butter, granulated sugar, and condensed milk into the purple potato puree, and stir well with a spatula.
