Tips for icing-free ice cream:

  2. Four boxes of 250ml Yili pure milk, heated in hot water!
    Warm milk can speed up the melting speed, but it should not be too hot, so as not to burn the bacteria to death!

  3. One sachet of bifidobacterium (frozen) makes one liter of yoghurt!
    If there is no strain, you can directly replace it with the thick yogurt you bought, 100ml is enough.
